 The heart of the house is the 120 m² “living room”, open to the ocean side. Light marble, red granite and modern, black stained mahogany furniture dominate the room. |
The “indoor plant” is in the center of the room, an approx. 5 m tall palm tree, which is additionally put in scene through spots in the 11 m high acryl glass roof. From the round sofa you have a fantastic view of the ocean, as you do from the two dining room tables, where 8 persons can comfortably dine together.  In the rear area you will find a small bar with a counter as well as an additional suite for soccer fans and people, who cannot do without the news from the television – even in this desolate region. A CD player and a stereo system with Bose satellite speakers offer an unusually pleasing sound experience. |
