Our villa NYUMPENÉ baru is located in the heart of Legian on an utterly tranquil 1600 m2 property, approximately 20 minutes away from the airport. From the villa it's 200 metres to the shopping street and only a few minutes' walk to the beach. This estate is not just ideal for a relaxed Bali/Legian holiday, but for the first night after arriving on a long flight it's a popular stopover en route to the Kura Kura and Melamun villas.

Our room prices are standard for a middle-range hotel, and include breakfast, tax, service charge and airport transfer. Reservation of the entire villa is possible. We do not levy seasonal surcharges ... and from January 15 until March 15 we're reducing our prices by 20%.

Villa NYUMPENÉ is an oasis of tranquillity located in the heart of Legian, approximately 20 minutes from the airport. This villa, a large estate (which are uncommon in this area), was designed with 3 spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms for no more than 6 people. A 90 m2 "living and dining room", which opens onto the garden and has a fully equipped kitchen, is at your disposal. Furthermore, we offer our guests fitness equipment, a massage bale, international television (Deutsche Welle) and a free WiFi internet connection.

The well known Legian Beach is only a few minutes' walk away. Restaurants, boutiques and appealing bars are close by or only a few minutes away by taxi. Easygoing afternoon tours to the major sights of Tannah Lot and Ulu Watu can also be taken.

Villa KURA KURA sits on the north coast, on the opposite side of the island. The villa can be reached from Legian in just 2 ½ hours. We invite our guests to make the passage there as part of an impressive "sightseeing tour". This trip leads through wondrously beautiful landscapes with rice fields, volcanoes, temples, plantations and secluded villages.
Kura Kura is situated on a 3200 m2 waterfront property with numerous palm trees, 400 metres away from the village of Geretek. Here our guests remain entirely undisturbed amongst themselves. This estate has a 40-metre-long waterfront on a nearly deserted beach. At a warm 28°C the ocean, with its underwater world directly "outside the door", invites every guest to swim and snorkel. Immediate neighbours are the villa Melamum and a coconut plantation.

Villa MELAMUN was built in 2005-2006 on a 2300 m2 palm-covered, waterfront property and normally surpasses all the expectations of our guests. The entire living space measures approximately 500 m2. The "living room" alone is about 120 m2 and with its entire breadth open to the ocean.

Apart from the dining table in the centre this "space" has 2 sofas, a television area with TV – "Deutsche Welle" – reception and a chic bar. With its 5 (6) bedrooms for couples, families or groups of friends up to 10 (12) persons this villa is a lavish holiday abode. Several balconies, terraces and a waterfront area provide ample individual sitting space. The nearly 90 m2 swimming pool with pavilion and a beverage kitchen is located directly on the waterfront, where it is hidden from view from the beach.
The sites of both villa Kura Kura and villa Melamun are associated with a waterfront "Beach Cafe", which is roofed with Alang Alang grass, as is typical in the country. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and "afternoon coffee and cake" can be served at these locations if requested. Gallons of drinking water, various kinds of tea, cappuccino and fruit platters are available to guests at no cost.
Made Baru, our new manageress of Kura Kura and Melamun, is renowned as a splendid cook. Not only does she organise the day-to-day routines of both villas, but with 2 other cooks she also prepares delicious meals for our guests. Apart from that she can arrange dance presentations, participation in village ceremonies, day trips and, if requested, gives our guests Balinese cooking courses.

Massage belongs amongst the traditional Balinese health and relaxation methods. There are many specific types. Our manageress Made was one of the first Balinese masseurs that had already learned the art of Ayurveda massage many years ago. In addition, she has to this day mastered other diverse types of massage. One of her specialities is the application and provision of foot reflexology massage.
Yoga devotees, and those who would like to become one, can enjoy their exercises on our green areas with Sandra, a German yoga teacher.
Diving enthusiasts will get their money's worth at the diving centre at the neighbouring Alam Anda Hotel. Dives on the house reef and diving excursions are offered there. Those who would like to obtain their licence for diving or improve their skills in that area will be in good hands.
A friendly diving base, located in Tulamben (wreckage) and Amed, offers individual diving ventures with full service, including pick-up.

If desired, stays in the villas Nyumpené, Kura Kura and Melamun can be individually combined.
